Your Content
At PlusDocSign, we’re committed to delivering a smooth and secure experience for managing and signing documents. A key part of that experience is the content you bring to the platform. This may include text, files, documents, comments, signatures, profile details, or any other material you upload or share while using our Services ("Your Content").
You are solely responsible for Your Content. By submitting it through our Services, you confirm that you have all the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to share that content and that it does not infringe upon or violate any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. If we receive a credible complaint or have a reasonable belief that Your Content infringes someone’s IP or violates the law, we may take action—including removing the content or suspending your account. We’ll do our best to notify you when such actions are taken.
We trust you’ll use PlusDocSign responsibly, so we ask that you refrain from submitting content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, or otherwise violates any applicable law, regulation, or our Terms. We reserve the right to remove content and take appropriate action at our sole discretion if any of these rules are breached.
By submitting Your Content, you don’t give up ownership—but you do give PlusDocSign permission to use it. Specifically, you grant PlusDocSign a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sub-licensable license to store, process, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify Your Content as needed to provide and improve our Services. This includes using it for promotional purposes—such as showcasing how our platform works or supporting features like document previews and templates—without the need for additional approval from you.
